Hey everyone! I recently spent 10 days in the Mentawais with some girlfriends and we had the best time. Some people who don’t know better say the Mentawais is not friendly for long boarders or girls, but we went during the shoulder season when the waves were smaller and scored some really fun waves.
The Mentawais are known for their great surf breaks. Our group of girls has been waiting for months for the perfect swell to hit. Finally, it looks like today might be the day. We have packed our boards and sunscreen, and are ready to take on some of the best waves in the world. Wish us luck!
